I recommend personal trainings with Michał!! I did everything to lose unnecessary kilograms, but I have never succeeded. I hit upon Active Life website and Michał, the trainer. After first training I felt achy all over but I was happy! I invite everybody to profit from Active Life offer!

If you think that you are athletic, you exercise regularly and you do your best – you’re wrong! Already after first training (I’m 176 cm tall and I weigh 78 kg) I stated that was getting out too long of real care about myself, i.e. shape and condition. Since I finished high school and obligatory sports lessons were done for me, there was no more time for sport. Work, rat race, family and no time for myself. Some problems with my back and hypertension have started. At the beginning, I tried on my own to do something with that, I have been several times on the gym, but I didn’t know what to do there and after a few trainings my back ache became stronger. I looked for a specialist and that is how I found Marek. It turned out that I did a lot of mistakes what more damaged myself than helped me. Now we are training for three months already, back ache disappeared, and I am coming back to my shape from the past. After every training I’m nearly dead, but I also get a positive energy boost for the rest of the day. I have never particularly believed in such opinions, but right now I truly recommend!

I have started trainings a few months ago, I was hesitating a little bit at the beginning, but right now I don’t regret. THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION I could make. I am training with Marek for more than one year. And I can recommend trainings in Active Life to everybody. Marek is a person who motivates people on every trainings, he puts people a high target (sometimes I would like to give it a miss but there are no chances 😉 – he is resistant to any lies). At the same time, he takes into account all of health problems and he adapts individually training plan. He makes disliked exercises (like running for me) become interesting (after a few weeks during the warm-up I was running 10 laps of the stadium ;-). My aim was to improve the general condition. And this aim I realized fully. Right now I still come to training to keep a good shape. I can recommend trainings in Active Life with Marek to everybody who is looking for good personal trainer.

I am training with Marek for some time. Good training plan makes that intended aim (improvement of appearance, gaining muscles) becomes true! During the exercises I get the full cheering, what is completely motivating. Trainer takes care about correctness of exercises done, so that they will be the most effective. Maybe it is hard to believe, but this trainings together are not only a hard self-development and development of our body, but also fun. Thanks to that, I come to every training with pleasure to experience positive tiredness and feel the taste of victory over my imperfections after the end of every each one. I recommend in 100%.

I was training in severaly gyms in Tricity, but from the time I train with Marek, I started finally to see results of our work. Marek during the training is concentrated on what we are doing, he dedicates his time maximally and he is doing his best. Finally my back and chest look like men’s, and we are still working on biceps. My general condition, strength and endurance increased a lot. I really like training time. I gained shape and I think I also have a friend – my trainer 🙂 I know that often opinions like this one are effects of manipulation, but mine about Marek and Active Life is real and honest. Oh ! And there is one more thing: 4 times I took part in street runs of 10 kilometers distance and I finished them with not very bad timing and I finished Weider 6. Marek – good work, keep going 🙂

Trainer makes things hot for people, but with a little bit of self-denial, it gives effects. I started with the weight of 107 kilograms, right now I have 85 kilograms.
