We recommend this option for people who want to train with a trainer and implement the training plan on their own. During weekly training sessions, we can focus on the technique of the exercises and discuss the exercises from the plan. It is also an injection of motivation and confidence that we are monitoring the entire process on an ongoing basis. Trainings performed on our own based on a plan, in turn, give us great flexibility with the place and time of training.
