I am a professional dietitian and trainer who combines a healthy diet and physical activity, helping others improve their health and well-being. I graduated from the University of Opole with a degree in dietetics, which gives me a solid foundation for creating effective, individual plans. Nutrition and training have been with me for years, and thanks to my analytical mind, I can quickly identify the problem and propose a solution.
I am passionate about functional medicine, which takes into account a holistic approach to health – nutrition, regeneration, physical activity and mental balance. In training, I focus on achieving your goals, educating you on how your body works and why the chosen strategy will bring results. I take care of a positive, motivating atmosphere so that working together is as effective as possible.
In private, I love seasonal physical activities, cooking, traveling abroad and testing world cuisines. Mountain hiking and discovering new flavors are an endless source of energy for me. In my free time I listen to podcasts such as Przygody Przedsiębiorców, Przemek Górczyk, Kryminatorium and Zen Jaskiniowca.
