Specialization: strength training, body building, cutting and strengthening

Sport and physical activity have been a part of my life since I was a child, and the gym has become the place where I best combine my passion for training with professional work with my clients. My career as a personal trainer and the experience I’ve gained along the way have allowed me to conduct many effective transformations and help dozens of people improve their figure, health, and well-being.

Healthy eating has always been an important part of my life. As a licensed sports dietitian and clinical dietetics student, I combine training with practical knowledge of how the body functions. This allows me to better understand the needs of my clients—their recovery, energy levels, and response to stress. In my work, I prioritize education and a mindful approach to bodywork, demonstrating that properly tailored training and sensible eating habits can yield truly impressive results.

At work, I value results that truly transform the quality of life of my clients. I celebrate every time I push my limits—both in and out of the gym. Training should be a challenge, but also a source of positive energy and the feeling that each step brings you closer to your goal.

In my personal life, I’m a huge sports enthusiast—in virtually every form. From ocean surfing, to weightlifting, to ultramarathon running, I’m always looking for new challenges and ways to test my limits. I enjoy working on many fronts, which is why I’m currently preparing for competitions in bodybuilding, and my future goal is to complete a full Ironman.

Outside of sports, I derive great pleasure from reading books, traveling, and watching classic films. I enjoy discovering new places and finding inspiration, which broadens my worldview and subsequently translates into my daily work and lifestyle.
